How do I pay for my celebration ad?
All celebration ads must be prepaid prior to deadline in order to publish as requested.
Can I work on my celebration ad and save it without submitting?
Yes, celebration ads can be saved and worked on at a later time. To do this, create an account and then log in when you would like to return and finish the celebration.
Can I make a change or correction to my celebration ad after is has been submitted?
Yes, the content of a celebration ad can be modified at any point prior to the publication’s deadline. You may make changes to your ad at any point before deadline for that day's publication. Simply log in to your account, locate your ad in the Future Ads area, and "Modify" the ad. Changes to the content of the ad that increase or decrease the cost, will be adjusted on the credit card supplied for payment.
Will the photo in my celebration ad run in color?
Your photo will only be printed in color if specified, but all photos must be uploaded in color.
What happens to my celebration ad if I miss the publications deadline?
Unfortunately, you will need to choose the next available date. Some sections of the newspaper are printed in advance and require a longer production time. If the date is unavailable on your screen, the deadline has passed.
Will I be able to view my celebration ad online?
Yes, all celebration ads are displayed online at celebrations.eagletribune.com, celebrations.salemnews.com, celebrations.newburyportnews.com, celebrations.gloucestertimes.com.
Where will my celebration ad appear in the publication?
All celebration ads appear in the celebrations section of our publications.
Is the preview of my celebration ad an accurate representation of how it will look in your publication?
Yes, the preview that is provided of your completed celebration ad is how it will appear in the newspaper. Please take this opportunity to ensure that spelling, grammar, and wording is how you wish to see it in the paper as this preview will serve as your proof for publication.
